What the difference between a live chat button and your callback request button?

How many more leads can I expect from the call back request button?
Depending on where you've embedded the callback button, we've seen the number of inbound leads equal to 1x-3x the number of abandoned checkouts you usually get. So if you receive 5 abandoned checkouts per day, you can expect 5-15 callback requests per day.
What's the conversion rate on callback requests?
This also depends store to store and also depends on how quickly you make the callback. Callbacks that are made immediately have a higher conversion rate than those made much later. We've seen conversion rates between 25-75% on callback requests.
